The Causeway Road in Hong Kong is the most expensive street in the world to rent a store and this year exceeds 5th Avenue in New York in the latest ranking of real estate specialist Cushman & Wakefield.
Renting a location in Causeway Road costs more than 24,600 euros per m2 per year. Then there are 5th Avenue in New York (20,733 euros), New Bond Street in London (16,071 euros), Champs Elysees in Paris (13,992 euros) and Via Montenapoleone in Milan (13,500 euros).
